Cowboy Safari is a fun animal taming adventure game where you play as a brave cowboy in the wild. Players use a lasso to catch and ride animals such as zebras, elephants or lions, explore grasslands, jungles, rocky mountains and build their own safari zoo.

Start The Adventure In Cowboy Safari

Cowboy Safari has very friendly controls, especially suitable for beginners. As soon as it starts, the game will display intuitive instructions such as "Press Space", "Hold key" or "Press to drive", helping you quickly get used to the gameplay. Once you have mastered it, these instructions will automatically disappear so you have a freer and more seamless experience.

Basic Operations

• Press Space: Release the lasso to catch animals.
• Hold Space: Hold the lasso and aim at the target.
• Release Space: Jump on the back when close enough.
• Arrow keys: Move to avoid obstacles and find the next target.
• Press Spacebar again: Jump to another animal before the current one gets angry and knocks you down.

Tip: If you're in full screen mode and the screen goes white, just click anywhere once and the game will return to normal.

Missions & Gold Rewards

Upgrading Cages & Zoos

Each animal you tame will open up its own cage in your zoo — you can upgrade it up to 8 times. Why do this?

• Level 1-3: Extends the amount of time you can ride that species before it gets annoyed.
• Level 4: Increases passive zoo income by 50% — this is where the most profit comes in.
• Level 5-6: Unlocks special abilities (e.g., speed boosts, chest bonuses).
• Level 7: Earns gold for in-game actions (e.g., lions earn gold when they eat, ostriches earn gold when they run in frustration).
• Level 8: Doubles your chances of finding a “rare” version of that species.

Good strategy: Prioritize level 4 upgrades for all newly acquired species first, as it gives the best “return” (income). Then focus on higher levels or special species.
